Ragin Cajun Stuffed Peppers – Test Kitchen


– This is basically a stuffed pepper with jambalaya mixed in

– cheated on the jambalaya and used a box mix adding sausage ( plan to play with jambalaya at a later date)

– Cooked the burger meat separate from the jambalaya spicing it with Cajun seasoning and hot sauce before mixing the jambalaya back in

– stuffed the pepper with the jambalaya and burger mix along with mozzarella cheese

– topped with Parmesan cheese, brushed the sides of the pepper with olive oil and Cajun seasoning then popped in the oven at 425 for about 15 minutes.
