– marinated the cube streak in olive oil, garlic, fresh rosemary, and some soy sauce
– only got to marinate for a couple of hours but I think a good 24 hours will allow the flavor to really get into the meat
– the tzatziki sauce was on its second day and tastes much better
– experimented with a tzatziki sauce and hot sauce mix which was nice
– rubbed the bread with butter, wrapped it in foil
