My Story – Best Shots of 2014

I kept my camera extremely busy in 2014. Looking back and trying to pick my favorites from each month was an extremely difficult task. I found myself getting lost in each gallery and reliving the moment I took the shot. Every picture I took has personal meaning that will live forever to be relived every time I lay eyes on it. Scrolling down at my favorites below envokes real feelings that were present at the time I pressed the button and heard the click of the shutter. I am reminded of the smell of Yellow Wolf Farm, the sounds of little Sam’s laughter when the cricket was placed on his shoulder, how my mind was blown by the taste of bacon marmalade with pimento cheese and the sound of the ocean with my sons arms wrapped around my chest. I am sometimes reminded of something that had nothing to do with the actual picture but something else that was happening in my life around that time. My camera is my favorite form of story telling and I will let the pictures below tell my story of 2014.

Please contact me in 2015 and let me know how I can help tell your story and you can be a part of mine. You can view La Buena Vida Photography website at LBVPhotog.com or contact me at info@torislabuena-vida.com to talk about setting up a session.

I love them all! BUT, the Dude photos are the greatest. He just steals the show. I especially love the one where he is with his grandmother (is that right?). He looks so happy. Thank you for sharing them with us.
