Vitoria, Brazil
NOVEMBER 2014
A few days ago before heading back to the United States, I took the afternoon to walk the streets of Vitoria, Brazil. I have taken a lot of pictures in this coastal city but have not captured much of its street art culture so I decided to make graffiti my focus. While walking the streets I ran into a man juggling at a crosswalk. Laden with tattoos on his head neck and face, I was hesitant to walk up to him and ask if I could take his picture. I still find taking pictures of strangers on the streets uncomfortable but push I myself to do it as much as possible. When the man put down the pins he was juggling and pulled three large machetes the awkward moment turned into some excellent street level shots
