Trifoodhack Potluck at Raleigh City Farm

Raleigh City Farm

800 N. Blount Street, Raleigh

Wednesday July 17th 7:00pm

Trifoodhack is a bimonthly meeting for people that are not satisfied with the state of our food system. Farmers, community gardeners, chefs, entrepreneurs, activists, bloggers, writers and hackers all get together to discuss ways we can improve our food system. Many of the tactics uses could be called random “hacks” of kindness.

In the words of Maurice Small Trifoodhack has “No agenda. No speakers. Just community.” Bring some food and bike out to Raleigh City Farm. Talk about solutions you’ve hacked together on your farm or business, and hacks you can imagine for building a better food system. Network with other movers and shakers in the greater triangle community.

Carol from Slow Money will be there and is going to give a quick update on their projects including this: I encourage anyone else with a farm fundraiser or new project to announce what they’re doing and we’ll try to chip in word of mouth and add events to each others’ newsletters.
