WHAT WE HAD:
Chicken Salad Sandwich – Pretty good sandwich, liked the chicken salad but felt it need a little more flavor which was an easy fix with the salt and pepper shaker. Nice toasted bun and a slice of melted cheese on top
Hot Ham and Cheese & Chicken Tortilla Soup – Great sandwich, I initially asked for this sandwich cold but the waitress wisely gave me a sideways look so I decided otherwise. It was made with smoked ham, pepperoni, Canadian Ham, Provolone & Fresh Mozzarella, Lettuce and Tomato. The tortilla soup was nice and creamy with a good amount of chicken to munch on.
I have seen mixed reviews about this place, but I can say we really enjoyed sitting on their patio for lunch. The pizzas that were coming out looked very good. It’s in a good location for lunch after shopping at the nearby target or before a movie at the Raleigh Grand Theatre.
They also have over 20 bears on tap and run a shuttle weekend nights from the local apartment communities to ensure patrons get home safe after pounding $5.00 Jager Bombs.
