Pretzel Dogs

Making stuffed pretzel dogs is a good way to bring out your creative side and its pretty easy.  Just find a pretzel dough recipe or get some from your local grocery store then stuff them with whatever makes you happy.

I stuffed this guy with shredded mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and ketchup. The one that is already wrapped has deli mustard, cheddar cheese and onions.

Bake in a 450 degree oven for 8-10mins, grab a beer and eat up.

These look awesome! What’s the green stuff sprinkled on top of the dogs? What kind of hot dogs did you use? Were they fully cooked?

Thank you RC. The greens stuff was from the garlic salt that had parsely in it. Used regular Ball Park Franks. Yes they were fully cooked already in the package and I just rolled em up in the dough. Thanks for stopping in.
