Red Lion Pub - Diners, Drive-ins and Dives

 

I went to this place that was featured on Diners, Drive-in and Dives and this is what I ate:

Chicken Tikka Masala ($18.00) – Easily one of the best I have ever had. Chicken was very tender and sauce was smooth with just enough heat to cause a light sweat on the brow.

Punjabi Egg Rolls ($12.00) – deep-fried and stuffed with fire roasted peppers, corn, onion and all natural chicken served with two sauces. Recommend trying these bad boys and there is enough to serve a couple of people.

Chicken Satay Skewers ($12.00) – white meat chicken chunks, marinated in ginger, coriander, soy and teriyaki. I was amazed how tender and flavorful these were.
