My first time eating boiled peanuts was in South Carolina where bill, H.4585 makes boiled peanuts the state’s offical snack. Since then I have been a fan but didn’t expect to see them on a table in Southest Asia. They are a street food or snack in many African and Asian countries.
Ostrich and Spicy Fried Rice w/ Prawns – Was suprised with the taste and texture of the ostrich. It’s texture was more like that off beef than a bird.
Fried Fresh Scallops w/ Hawaii Nut in Taro Nest
